2. Hosting

This application is hosted on a private server operated by the publisher. The server is located within the European Union.

3. Purpose

This application provides an internal interface for consulting Microsoft 365 service communications (Message Center). Access is restricted to authorized users only and is intended exclusively for professional use within the organization.

4. Personal data & GDPR

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation), users are informed of the following:

Data collected and processed:

• Email address (used as account identifier)
• Display name (chosen by the user)
• Hashed password (bcrypt — the plaintext password is never stored)
• Account role and activation status
• Date of account creation and last login
• Invitation history (who invited you, who you invited)

Purpose of processing: authentication and access control to the application.

Legal basis: legitimate interest of the organization in securing access to internal tools.

Data retention: personal data is retained for the duration of the user account. Upon account deletion, data is permanently erased and invitation records are anonymized.

Data transfers: no personal data is transferred to third parties. Microsoft Graph API data (service announcements) is fetched from Microsoft servers and cached locally; it does not contain end-user personal data.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access — export your data at any time from your profile page.
• Right of rectification — update your display name from your profile page.
• Right to erasure — permanently delete your account from your profile page.
• Right to restriction of processing — contact the administrator.
• Right to object — contact the administrator.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. In France: Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).

6. Cookies

This application uses a single session cookie (session) strictly necessary for authentication. This cookie:

• Does not track browsing or behaviour
• Is not shared with third parties
• Is marked HttpOnly and Secure (HTTPS only)
• Expires after 7 days of inactivity

A second cookie (mc_theme) stores your light/dark mode preference. It contains no personal data.

No advertising, analytics, or third-party cookies are used.

7. Intellectual property

The source code of this application is the exclusive property of the publisher. Microsoft 365 service announcement content is the property of Microsoft Corporation and is accessed via the Microsoft Graph API under the terms of Microsoft's service agreement.

8. Limitation of liability

The publisher makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information displayed. However, service announcement content originates from Microsoft's systems and is reproduced as-is. The publisher cannot be held liable for any inaccuracy, omission, or delay in the transmission of this information.
